Abstract


With the times, the organization is required to improve the performance of its employees. So researchers are interested in conducting research studies. Especially on employee performance. With research that takes the title motivation and discipline on the performance of Kuantan Singingi Regency Satpol PP employees through job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to study the motivation and discipline of performance in the Satpol PP Kuantan Singingi District through job satisfaction. The study population was all Civil Servants who received in the Satpol PP Kuantan Singingi Regency as many as 71 people. The sample in this study was a total of 71 people. The sampling technique used was the census method. The instrument answers the data in the form of a list of questions (questionnaire). The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis that is operated through SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate what is meant by research on job satisfaction. Significant discipline on job satisfaction. Significant motivation for performance through job satisfaction. Discipline has a significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be beneficial for the development of science
