PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENEMPATAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS DINAS KEPEMUDAAN DAN OLAHRAGA PROVINSI RIAU)
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the significant effects of training and placement on performance of employees partially as well as to examine and analyze the significant effects of training and placement on the performance of employees simultaneously. The target population of this research is a total of 118 civil servants. By using purposive sampling technique as many as 64 civil servants participated in the training were chosen as the sample. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected by using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Research findings shows that training has a significant effect on performance of employees This indicates that training can determine the level of employee’s performance. The better the training that is followed the more performance increases. Placement of the employees also gives significant effect on performance of the employees. Means that placement is very important in determining performance. The better the placement, the higher the performance will be. Simultaneously, training and placement significantly influence the performance of employees. This indicate that training and placement can determine performance level of the employees. The better the training and placement, the higher the performance.
