PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, DAN DUKUNGAN PEMERINTAH TERHADAP KINERJA KOPERASI GURU DAN KARYAWAN PADA SATUAN PENDIDIKAN DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract

Co-operation as business entity that ruled by UU no 25/1992, on
coopertion run based on family value and aims at increasing their members’
welfare. The finding of this research indicates that 43 School cooperatives out of
129 School cooperatives an Annual Member Meeting (RAT) as one of the
cooperation principles regarded as tool of goverment to run the program. The
population in this research were all Cooperative administrators were active status
in the Pekanbaru that numbered 27 Cooperatives with administrators totaling 82
people. Sampling uses a saturation sampling method. The tool used to analyze data
is the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this research
indicate that: (1) work experience has a significant positive effect on performance,
(2) the level of education does not has a significant positive effect on
performance(3 ) government support has a significant positive effect on
performance.
