PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI PENGAWASAN PADA BALAI BESAR PENGAWAS OBAT DAN MAKANAN PEKANBARU
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and
competence on employee performance through supervision at the Pekanbaru
Center for Drug and Food Control. The population in this study were all
employees at the Pekanbaru Center for Drug and Food Supervision of 138
employees. Sampling uses the Slovin formula so that the study sample is 103
respondents. Data analysis using path analysis help SPSS version 20 program.
The results showed that training had a significant effect on employee
performance, competence had a significant effect on employee performance,
supervision had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore
training affects the performance of employees through supervision. This means
that supervision is able to mediate the effect of training on employee performance.
Competence affects the performance of employees through supervision. This
means that supervision is able to mediate the influence of competencies on
employee performance.
