PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS : PT BANK CENTRAL ASIA KANTOR CABANG UTAMA PEKANBARU)

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation
and work environment on employee job satisfaction (case study at PT Bank
Central Asia KCU Pekanbaru). Data collection methods used in this study were
interviews, questionnaires and observations, while the samples in this study were
employees of PT. Bank Central Asia KCU Pekanbaru as many as 58 people or
41% of the total population. The sampling technique uses cluster purpose
sampling, data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires using the
Likert scale design. The analysis used in this study is quantitative descriptive
analysis.
The results of the study partially showed leadership, compensation and work
environment had an effect on employee job satisfaction and the rest was
influenced by other factors not examined. Furthermore, the Fcount and Ftable
tests show leadership, compensation and work environment together
(simultaneous) significantly influence employee job satisfaction.
By observing the 3 (three) independent variables above, namely leadership,
compensation, and work environment, PT. Pekanbaru Central Asia Bank KCU
can evaluate factors such as improvement and improvement of communication
between leaders and subordinates as well as each division, renewal regarding
salaries and running rotations so that in the future it can improve job satisfaction
of its employees.
