PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT. EGASUTI NASAKTI DI PETAPAHAN
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational
commitment and compensation on employee satisfaction and performance. The
population in this study were all permanent employees working at PT. Egasuti
Nasakti in Petapahan as many as 124 people. Sampling uses the census method.
Data analysis using path analysis help SPSS version 22 program. The results
showed that organizational commitment and compensation partially had a
positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction and performance. Job
satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
Organizational commitment and compensation affect performance through job
satisfaction.
