PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, REWARD DAN PUNISMENT TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI PABRIK KELAPA SAWIT (PKS) PT ARINDO TRI SEJAHTERA KABUPATEN KAMPAR DENGAN DISIPLIN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

Abstract


The work productivity of PKS PT Arindo Tri Sejahtera from year to year
always experience inconsistent production process. The unstable production of
PKS PT Arindo Tri Sejahtera because of the unavailability of factory capacity
(throughput), the occurrence of high hours and high hour down time. This study
aims to determine the influence of Leadership, Work Motivation, Reward and
Punisment and Discipline of work on employee productivity either
secaralangsung or with moderated Discipline work at Palm Oil Factory (PKS) PT
Arindo Tri Sejahtera. The study was conducted for two months, ie in March -
April 2018. The object of this research is Palm Oil Mill (PKS) PT Arindo Tri
Sejahtera. The population in this study is all employees who numbered 87 people.
Method of sampling by census method so that entire population is taken as
sample. The data used are primary data through questionnaire. The analysis tool
used is Path Analysis using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) Method. The
results showed that Leadership, Work Motivation, Reward and Punisment and
Discipline of work have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.
Work discipline moderate the influence of Leadership, Work Motivation and
Reward and Punisment on employee Productivity. Moderate interaction Work
discipline strengthens the influence of Leadership, Work Motivation and Reward
and Punisment on employee Productivity.
