Abstract


Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of variable competence Danbudaya WorkOrganization Motivation And Its Impact on Personnel Performance Bid. Riau Police Public Relations.This research was conducted on Personnel Bid. Riau Police spokesman totaling 141 people. In testingthe hypothesis menggunaka statistical analysis using multiple linear regression anal ysis using SPSSanalysis tools.The results showed that the competencies and organizational culture motovasi significant effect onemployment. With kompetnsi good and good organizational culture will create a comfort Bid personnelRiau Police Public Relations in work that will ultimately provide a strong motivation for them to workproperly. Further motivation also has a significant influence on the performance of Riau Police PublicRelations personnel. If the motivation of the personnel working properly it will create good work thenindirectly the performance of the personnel to be good.The theoretical implications that can be derived from this study is the results of this study indicate thatthe order to produce optimal performance, it is recommended Riau Police Public Relations personnelshould remain focused and motivated personnel to produce effective and efficient performance, stillcreated a conducive atmosphere and comfortable in work
