Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of variable competence Danbudaya WorkOrganization Motivation And Its Impact on Personnel Performance Bid. In testingthe hypothesis menggunaka statistical analysis using multiple linear regression anal ysis using SPSSanalysis tools.The results showed that the competencies and organizational culture motovasi significant effect onemployment.
