Abstract


The Effect of Leadership and Motivation on Discipline and Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Galuh.With xxx and xxx supervisors. This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Discipline and Performance. The population in this study were all PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Galuh by using Path Analysis. The sample of this study used census techniques as the entire population as samples. The results of this study found. The results in this study that Leadership and Motivation have a significant positive effect directly on work Discipline. Leadership, Motivation and Discipline have a significant positive effect directly on Performance. Leadership has a significant positive effect indirectly on employee performance through work discipline. Motivation does not have a significant positive effect indirectly on employee performance through work discipline.
