Abstract


This Study aims to see and determine the direct influence of leadership, career expectations and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population of this study is the employees of the Civil Servants in the villages in Tenayan Raya district, Pekanbaru. This Study only took the village leaders such as the Secretary of the Village Head (Seklur) and three of the Head of Section (Kasi) in Tenayan Raya district with a total of 13 villages so that there are 52 leaders. In this study, the Census technique was used in which the entire population as the sample with 52 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while a set of questionnaire is used to collect the data. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regressions with SPSS program. The results in this study indicate that leadership, career expectiations and job satisfaction affect the employee performance. This shows that leadership, career expectations and job satisfaction can determine the level of employee performance
