PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI DAN DAMPAKNYA PADA KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract


This research was conducted throughout the Pekanbaru City Public High School. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training significantly on teacher competence in Pekanbaru City High School, to determine the effect of work environment significantly on teacher competence, the effect of training significantly on teacher performance, the effect of work environment significantly on performance teachers, the effect of competence significantly on teacher performance, the effect of training significantly on teacher performance through teacher competence, and the effect of the work environment significantly on teacher performance through teacher competence. The population in this study were 1001 teachers from 18 state high schools in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique by determining certain criteria so that the sample in this study was all teachers who had attended training so that the number of samples in the study totaled 115 people. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been carried out, in this section several conclusions can be drawn, namely training has a significant effect on teacher competence in Pekanbaru City High Schools, the work environment has a significant effect on teacher competence, training has a significant effect on teacher performance, the work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance, competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, training has a significant effect on teacher performance through teacher competence and the work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance through teacher competence.
