PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT TASMA PUJA DI PEKANBARU

Abstract


This research method using questionnaires with 189 respondents PT. Tasma Puja In Pekanbaru as a sample of a population of 360 people. Measurement variable using the technique Likert scale with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To analyze Between variables X1, X2 Y1 to Y2 through path analysis using statistical techniques (line) and to test the level of significance using the t test were processed with statistical program SPSS applications.   The study concluded that: 1) Compensation positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Motivation positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Compensation positive and significant effect on performance. 4) Motivation positive and significant effect on performance. 5) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation to employee performance PT Tasma Puja in Pekanbaru. 6) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of motivation on employee performance PT Tasma Puja in Pekanbaru
