PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN DAN TURNOVER INTENTION PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT SYAFIRA PEKANBARU

Abstract


This research uses a questionnaire with 160 respondents nurse Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru as a sample of a population of 267 people. Variable measurements using a Likert scale technique with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To analyze between variables X1, X2 to Z through Y use statistical path analysis techniques and test the level of significance using the t test that is processed with the statistical program application SPSS. The results of the study concluded that: 1) there was a significant negative effect of the Compensation variable on Turnover Intention. 2) There is a significant negative effect on the leadership variable on Turnover Intention. 3) There is a significant negative effect of the Compensation variable on Turnover Intention through Commitment. 4) There is a significant negative effect on the leadership variable on Turnover Intention through Commitment. 5) There is a significant positive effect on the Commitment variable towards Turnover Intention
