Abstract


This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and explain the effect of leadership, job insecurity and workload on employee performance. The influence between job insecurity and workload with employee performance is moderated by job satisfaction. The target population in this study is non PNS faculty employees at the University of Riau as many as 352 people. The sample in this study were 187 people. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research findings show that leadership variables affect employee performance, then Job insecurity affects performance and workload negatively affects employee performance. Furthermore job satisfaction moderates the influence of leadership on employee performance. Job satisfaction moderates the effect of job insecurity on. And job satisfaction moderates the effect of workload on performance
