ANALISIS STRATEGI PENINGKATAN PENGUMPULAN IURAN PADA BPJS KESEHATAN KANTOR CABANG PEKANBARU
Abstract
BPJS Kesehatan is managed Nasional Health Insurance (JKN) based on principle social insurance and principle of equity (Thabrany, 2014). JKN program has been running for 5 years and has encouraged access to health services to a better level. Nevertheless, there are still some challenges that is, 1) The standardization of health services is still limited; 2) Customer complaints about JKN-KIS services are still high; 3) The high expectations of JKN-KIS customer for services that are easy, fast, and certainly; 4) Missmatch between premium collection by BPJS Kesehatan with expenditure on health services 5) The cost of health services continues to increase. The research method is a descriptive. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Data collection method through literature study and interview, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The purpose of this research is to identify factors which influence premium collection in certain segments in BPJS Kesehatan Pekanbaru Branch. Furthermore this research also aims to formulate the right strategy to maintain JKN program sustainability through increasing premium collection. Data obtained analyzed using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix also Internal-External Matrix. Then using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) Analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning (QSPM) Matrix. The results of the analysis recommend that the company perform function optimization of Kader JKN, recruit new customer which was accompanied by awareness of paying premium, and provide excellent service to participants.
