PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN PERKOPERASIAN, KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL, DAN KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KOPERASI KOPERASI KARYAWAN DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract


Co-operation as business entity that ruled by UU no 25/1992, on
coopertion run based on family value and aims at increasing their members’
welfare. The finding of this research indicates that 55 Koperasi Karyawan’s out of
160 Koperasi Karyawan’s an Annual Member Meeting (RAT) as one of the
cooperation principles regarded as tool of goverment to run the program. The
population in this research were all Cooperative administrators were active status
in the Pekanbaru that numbered 25 Cooperatives with administrators totaling 77
people. Sampling uses a saturated sampling method, so the population is sampled.
The tool used to analyze data is the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS).
The results of this research indicate that: (1) cooperative knowledge and
entrepreneurial competence affect the participation of members while managerial
competence does not affect the participation of members, (2) cooperative
knowledge and entrepreneurial competence affect the performance of cooperatives
while managerial competence does not affect the performance of cooperatives, (3 )
the participation of members was able to mediate the influence of cooperative
knowledge and entrepreneurial competence on performance, but could not mediate
managerial competence on performance.
