Abstract


This study intend to determine and analyze the perceived ease of use,
perceived usefulness and trust in the satisfaction and continuance of OVO
Application intention at the University of Riau Postgraduate Students. The
population of the Graduate School of University of Riau is 2562 active students
who have transacted through the OVO application. Then the stratified random
sampling approach is used with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis
techniques used descriptive and Partial Least Square analysis with SmartPLS
tools. These results show that perceived ease of use does not have a significant
effect on continuance intention, and satisfaction does not significantly influence
continuance intention, so both of these hypotheses are rejected. On the contrary,
perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust have a significant effect on
satisfaction. As well as the perceived usefulness and trust significant effect on
continuance intention, then the hypothesis is acceptable.
