PENGARUH PROGRAM K3, PELATIHAN DAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU TERHADAP PERILAKU KERJA SELAMAT

Abstract

The study conducted in PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa and aimed to
know the influence of Health and Safety Program (HS Program), training, and
invidual characteristics towards safety-based work behavior. Population are
heavy equipment operators of PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa consist of 106
operators. Samples taken by census. Variables used are Health and Safety
Program (HS Program), training, and invidual characteristics as independents,
while safety-based work behavior as dependent. Data analyzed by using
descriptive and multiple regression analysis that assisted by SPSS 22 for
windows. The study reveals that safety-based work behavior significantly
influenced by the effectivity of training and the quality of individual
characteristics. HS Program, eventhough influences safety-based work behavior
positively however the effect is not significant. Optimizing the effectiveness of HS
Program, training and quality of individual characteristics may potentially
improves heavy equipment operators’ safety-based work behavior.
