Abstract


This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job
satisfaction and organizational culture on employee commitment and
performance. Effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee
performance with employee commitment and the influence of employee
commitment to employee performance. The research population is employees of
PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru area totaling 220 people. The sample in this study
were 142 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary
data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis
technique used in this study is the path analysis with the help of SPSS version 22.
The results of this study indicate that. The results of the study show that
satisfaction and organizational culture influence employee commitment and
performance. Organizational culture and satisfaction have a significant effect on
employee performance through commitment. Commitment has a significant effect
on performance. Employees who always feel happy about their work are now
followed by the willingness of employees to work harder for the achievement of
company goals, making employee performance increase. The better commitment
that will positively improve performance.
