PENGARUH BEBAN DAERAH TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DAN INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA KABUPATEN DAN KOTA-KOTA SE PROVINSI RIAU

Abstract


To be able to achieve the goals set out in the Regional Budget, each
regional expenditure (BD) must be used for productive activities. With the rapid
development of development sourced from the allocation of capital expenditure, it
is expected that there will be an increase in regional independence in financing its
activities, especially in financial matters. In addition, development must also pay
attention to the quality of its human resources. Therefore this study aims to
determine the Effect of Regional Expenditures on Regional Original Revenue and
the Human Development Index of Cities and Cities in Riau Province.
This research was designed as explanasi research to explain the effect of
regional expenditure on regional original income and human development index
of City and City Regencies in Riau Province. With a sample size of 84 samples (7
years multiplied by 12 regencies and cities). The data used in this study is
secondary data in the form of APBD Realization Reports obtained from the
website of the Director General of Financial Balance through
www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id and Human Development Index (HDI) data obtained
from BPS Catalog: 4102002 via www.bps.go .id. Whereas for analyzing data, the
SPSS 17.00 program was used with path analysis.
The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of regional
expenditure on regional original income and the human development index, and
there is an influence of regional income on the human development index.
Therefore the government must pay more attention to the use of regional
expenditure, so that it is more effective and in accordance with the targets set, so
that local revenue and the human development index can be increased.
