PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN PERKOPERASIAN, KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL, DAN KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KPRI DI LINGKUNGAN INSTANSI VERTIKAL KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract


This research aimed to examine the effect of cooperative knowledge,
managerial competence, and entrepreneurial competence to member participation
and its impact on the performance of KPRI in the environment of vertical
institutions in Pekanbaru. The population in this research was all of KPRI
administrators were active in the Pekanbaru vertical institution environment,
which numbered 24 KPRI with administrators totaling 80 people. Sampling uses a
saturated sampling method, so the population was sampled. The tool used in
analyzing data is the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program
version 23.0. The results of this research indicated that: (1) Cooperative
knowledge and entrepreneurial competence affected the participation of members,
while managerial competence did not affect member participation, (2)
Cooperative knowledge, entrepreneurial competence, and member participation
influenced performance, while managerial competence did not have effect on
performance, and (3) Member participation was able to mediate the influence of
cooperative knowledge and entrepreneurial competence on performance, but
could not mediate the influence of managerial competence on performance
