Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, organizational
commitment to employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening
variable at the Regional Office of the Riau Province Land Agency. Analysis of the
effect of data between research variables using path analysis (path analysis). Path
analysis is used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables to
determine the direct effect and indirect influence of a set of independent and
bound variables. One software that can be used is SPSS 23. The results showed
that: (1) leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, (2)
organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, (3)
job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, (4 ) leadership
has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, (5)
organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance
through job satisfaction.
