PENGARUH MOTIVASI, PELATIHAN DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract


This study aims to see and find out the direct effect of the Effect of
Motivation, Training and Leadership on Teacher Performance Empirical Studies
at Pekanbaru City Islamic Senior High School.
The population in this research is Pekanbaru State Islamic Senior High
School as many as 100 teachers. The sample size to be used in this study is using
the Slovin method, which uses formulas which are then used as research sample.
Analyzer used is multiple regression by using program of SPSS 21 for windows.
The results of this study indicate Motivation, Training and Leadership
have a significant effect on Teacher Performance. This means that the higher the
level of self-motivation in a person and the more training that is seriously
followed in training and the better the leadership, the better the teacher's
performance in realizing organizational goals in the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri
Pekanbaru.
