Abstract


The study was conducted in the Human Resources Development Agency
of the Province of Riau on the grounds that agencies have considerable authority
in providing direct services to all ASNs in Riau Province. This study uses
descriptive quantitative methods. The number of respondents was 94 people. The
data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression models and
path analysis (path analysis)
The results showed that job promotion and organizational climate
simultaneously had a significant and linear effect on employee job satisfaction
with a value of 78.3%. While the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other factors
not examined. And simultaneously job promotion has the greatest influence than
the organizational climate on the job satisfaction of the Human Resources
Development Agency (BPSDM) of Riau Province. And job promotion and
organizational climate have a significant and linear effect on the work
performance of the Riau Province Human Resources Development Agency
(BPSDM) through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant and linear
effect on work performance directly. Job satisfaction has the most direct influence
on the work performance of employees of the Human Resource Development
Agency (BPSDM) of Riau Province.
