Abstract


This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and
leadership style on uh commitment. The influence of organizational culture and
leadership style influences employee performance. Does commitment affect
performance. The population in this study were all employees working at
Employees working at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Persero Tbk Pekanbaru
Branch as many as 173 people. The sample to be used is 128 people. The
sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sampling technique
used is the census method. The analysis technique used in this study is Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS.5.0 program
The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and leadership style
influence commitment. This proves that the better the organizational culture and
leadership style, the employee's commitment to the company will increase.
Furthermore influential organizational culture and leadership style influence
performance. This proves that the better the organizational culture and leadership
style, the employee's performance will increase. And Commitment influences
employee performance. These results prove that the higher the employee's
commitment to the company, the higher the level of employee performance.
