PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, SEMANGAT KERJA, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SARI LEMBAH SUBUR KABUPATEN PELALAWAN

Abstract


The aim of the study is to acknowledge the influence of organizational
commitment, morale and leadership toward employees’ cinergy of PT. Sari
Lembah Subur Pelalawan District. The technique of collecting data uses
questioner distributed to 84 permanent employees. The collected data are
analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis.
Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded as the following; 1)
Organizational commitment, morale, and leadership have a significant influence
on employee performance. Every effort made by the manager in managing
organizational commitment, morale and leadership attitude will improve
employee performance. The performance variable is quite good, with the lowest
quantity indicator. With an increase in the timeliness of fruit sorting processes,
and procedural efforts to boil FFB that are suitable for production engine
capacity, it is expected that each unit is able to coordinate in overcoming the
stack of raw materials for FFB ready to process and complete the amount
according to the production target. 2) Organizational commitment has a
significant influence on performance. Every effort in increasing employee
organizational commitment will improve employee performance. The
organizational commitment variable is quite good, with the lowest indicator of
feeling happy to complete the task. With the leader's efforts in fostering a sense of
happiness for employees at the current work routine, it will increase the
enthusiasm of employees in doing the next work. 3) Working spirit has no
significant influences on performance. Every effort in improving employee morale
will improve employee performance. The variable working morale is quite good,
with the lowest indicator of responsibility. With the increase in supervision of the
leadership in supervising his subordinates, it will avoid throwing responsibilities
that often occur due to employees not having much experience because they have
only worked for less than five years. 4) Leadership has a significant influence on
performance. Every manager's efforts to improve management will improve
employee performance. Leadership variables are quite good, with the lowest
indicator of decision making. By involving representatives from each position who
are considered involved in the procedural policy of each decision making, so that
each unit can be given the opportunity to express ideas whose purpose is to
improve overall performance.
