Abstract


The research held in Riau Province Public Order Enforcers. The aim is
to know the direct and indirect effect of organizational culture, leadership, and
non-financial compensation toward work-related discipline and its implication to
performance. Population are all member of Riau Province Public Order
Enforcers. Census method was employed to determine the 168 enforcers as the
sample. Data analysis tool is descriptive quantitative by using path analysis. The
study reveals that organizational culture and leadership have a significant effect
toward work-related discipline, while non-financial compensation has no
significant effect. Work-related discipline has a significant effect towards
performance. Directly, only organizational culture has significant influence
towards performance, meanwhile leadership and non-financial compensation
have no significant impact. Indirectly, organizational culture, leadership, and
non-financial compensation have an impact toward performance when mediated
by work-related discipline..
