Abstract


This study aims to determine the direct influence of leadership and
organizational culture on commitment. To know the direct influence of
commitment to performance To know the direct influence of leadership and
organizational culture on performance. To know the direct influence of leadership
and organizational culture on performance through commitment to the Village
Owned Enterprise (BUM-Des) Marga Mulya Village Rambah Samo District
Rokan Hulu District. The population of the research are employees of BUM-Des
(SOEs) as many as 432 personnel. The sample size that will be used is 208 people
using simple random sampling method. Data analysis using Path Analysis (path
analysis) with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that
Leadership and Organizational Culture affects Employee commitment.
Leadership and Organizational Culture affects Employee Performance.
Influential Leadership and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on
Performance through Commitment. Commitment affects the Performance of
Employees of Village Owned Enterprises (BUM-Des) in Rokan Hulu District.
