Abstract


The influence of transactional leadership and organizational culture towards the
effectiveness of work at Pekanbaru Forestry Education and Training Agency supervised by Hj
Marnis and Marzolina.This research aims to know the influence of transactional leadership
and organizational culture towards the effectiveness of work at Pekanbaru Forestry Education
and Training Agency simultaneously and partially. Data collection used interview and
questionnaire techniques. The questionnaire was distributed by using census system with a
population of 93 people. Returned questionnaires were only 85 questionnaire.To find out the
relationship and influence of free and associated variables used multiple linear regression
analysis models. Test results showed that the t variable for transactional leadership,
organizational culture influence the effectiveness of work at Pekanbaru Forestry Education
and Training Agency. Determination of test result (R ²) is meaning around of transactional
leadership and cultural factors in the organization give influence on the effectiveness of work
at Pekanbaru Forestry Education and Training Agency simultaneously.
