PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA AKADEMI PIMPINAN PERUSAHAAN JAKARTA

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation to employee performance in Corporate Leadership Academy. The analysis is based on the managerial implications of respondents classifying the data based on the average value of employee performance by: tenure, gender, education, rank / grade and part of the job. The method used in this research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis technique, used to determine the effect of variable compensation (X1) and the motivation variable (X2) on employee performance (Y). Population of this research are employees of Corporate Leadership Academy as many as 60 people and technical census sampling method. The research instrument used was the questionnaire distributed to employees Corporate Leadership Academy. Source of data used are primary data and secondary data. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale where a score of 1 is the lowest score and the highest score is a score of 4. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with overall test (test F). The results showed there is a significant and positive effect of variable compensation and
motivation variables together on employee performance.
