PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT RAWAT INAP DI RSUD KABUPATEN SIAK
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of giving education and training, job satisfaction and
leadership on inpatient nurses performance in Local Public Hospital of Siak. There were 67 inpatient nurses
who participated in this research. The researcher used multiple linear regression analysis in order to determine
the effect between nursing education and training, job satisfaction and leadership and nursing performances
at Local Public Hospital of Siak. Based on the result of this study, it was clearly stated that some of variables
such as nursing education and training, job satisfaction and leadership would give some positive impacts on
nursing performances at Local Public Hospital of Siak. Therefore, the hospital managements should consider
about giving a good attention and motivation to their staff by providing programmed education and trainings,
compensation adjustments, and the variable of job satisfaction and leadership. the result of this study can
provide some information or guidance for the nurses and hospital management staff to improve their education
and training, job satisfaction and leadership and nursing performances in the future.
